Organic info on vegetables

Sir, I am having a 60 acres fertlie land near Alangudi ,Pudukkottai with 20 Hp water resource and drip irrigation.
Planning to go up for Organic Vegetable farming.pls give me info on how to start up like registeration, investment required per acre ( seeds,plant,machinery,manures etc) and where I can get the certification like ECOCERT and buy back arrangements with some permenent customers.

For a start, you can buy books like Pasumai Vikatan and others and also get ideas from blogs written by people like me...
