Hello sir

The cheapest land next to chennai is in Perambalur and dharmapuri dist that too the price is 3 - 5 lac per acr. There is no land even porambokku land for 50,000/per acr. If you are planning for a dairy unit atleast you should go for 5 lac per acr land otherwise you will get tired by developing the cheap land
