Hello All - Looking for farm land or agriculture land - Budget less than 2 Lacs Per acre
Few Pointers
a) 2 Lacs or less than 2 Lacs per acre - willing to stretch a little if the land is good .
1 /2/3 kMS Off the main road is not an issue. - it should have good connectivity for sure to the main road
b) Sufficient water to be available.
3) Clear tittles and documentation
4) Immediate settlement as the funds are ready.
5) Distance from bangalore - less than 120 Kms from majestic
6) 2-3 Acres - willing to stretch a little if the land is good
I am from bangalore so i cant purchase land in KA - I am Open to AP and TN.

Following are the rates of agriculture land within 100 kms of bangalore in Tamil Nadu

100 kms area covers only part of krishnagiri dist

100 kms Urigam it is 40 kms from denkanikotta semi hilly area red soil good water on the main road touch is around 5 lac per acr and inner side 2.5 - 3 lac per clear tile

Land around 10 kms from denkanikotta cost around 6 -7 lac per acr

Land within five kms costs 10 lacs and above

Land within the citi limit on the main road like thally kelamangalam cos 30 lac per acr

the same situavation in soolagiri also

Now understand yourself can you get land for Rs 1 lac and 1.5 lac
