The Melia Dubia tree attains the girth of 150centimeters on completion of seven years (subject to the well irrigated conditions).The weight of the seven years melia Dubia tree will be 750 kgs and it should be measured by cft as minimum 15 & 20 cft maximum.So as per my enquiries made in Tamilnadu & Karnataka the cost of the tree will be Rs 5000/-per tree.Mr Venkatesh you are from Karnataka and also selling the melia Dubia seedlings .Its a very surprise that you are not aware of the yield pattern,the area for cultivation of melia Dubia in Karnataka.Mr Venkatesh please visit Hunsur plywood works (p) Ltd,nearer to Mysore city (60 Kms).

The melia Dubia plantations gives better yield in shorterm period.So there is no alternate for Melia Dubia/Malabar Neem cultivation.The spacing dimension of 6'x6' is not suitable but its for high density cultivation.Now a days the high density melia Dubia logs are to used in bio mass purpose.Kindly avoid the high density cultivation .The low density cultivation will be very wise and nice investment.The standard recommended spacing dimension will be as follows 10'x10',9'x9'& 9'x8'.In the above said dimension we can accommodate 500 plants as minimum &620 plants as maximum in one acre land.This year we are projecting the Melia Dubia seedlings production as minimum four lakh to five lakh.So we can accepted bulk orders and supply in time with out any delay.We offer complete consultancy for melia Dubia ,sandal wood,red sanders,Gmelia Arborea & Tissue Culture teak.

We are having the "Malabar Neem/Melia Dubia" conversion seedlings for good quality in genuine ,fast growth and better yield .The Melia Dubia tree timber will be mainly used for plywood industry,photo frames,match stick and pencil manufacturing.The melia Dubia cultivation comes under short term cultivation among all kinds of tree plantations.The melia Dubia will attains girth of minimum 150 centimeters on completion of seven years.If we grow for another three years (10years) the timber of the melia Dubia will be utilised for furnitures .Now a days every body visit in the furniture showroom most of the sofa ,cot are closed with rich rexine.We never see the wooden portion which were used in the furinutre.Those types of furniture are to be made from melia Dubia.

I am interested in cultivating "Melia Dubia" in Vellore district. Advice whether it will grow well, as its always here. Can you draft a information containing the investment and yield for one acre, with low density farming. As I am cultivating CO4 now, is it possible to intercrop with Melia dubia ? What is the cost of a sapling ?

How often the water is required for this plant ? In what way Malia Dubia is best in farming than all other plants like eukalyptus, teak etc.,

The high density plantation of Melia Dubia is leads complicated one.We can get poles from the high density plantation on completion of two years.The poles can used for firewood and construction purpose.If any proper tie up with bio mass energy unit.

We can do the High density melia dubia plantation.But the logs are to be used for bio-mass purpose.So we need assured & confirmed buyer of the melia dubia logs/poles.If its not possible in high density plantation we would not reasonable income.The cultivation of high density melia dubia plantation will become useless.So dnt burn your fingers by doing the high density melia dubia plantation.

Please confirm whether you recommend a high density or low density. I'm from Northern part of Andhra Pradesh, not sure if we have any buyers in this region. Could you please give me the typical buyers for high and low density Malabar neem. Ideally i would like to know the detail before I go for investment.....
