Looking for Agricultural Land in kerala

Where are you looking.
I am at chennai. Basically from Thriusur.
What purpose your looking. I am not broker, don't mistake me.
My brother just visited near mangalore. there most of them from kerala people and doing rubber estate. now only growing that area
acre i think around 2.5 - 3L. with rubber tree around 10 L per acre.
he planning to buy 6 acres there. he paid advance also.
he plannign that area rubber and inter crop mean time.
also pl;anning some forms.
if you interested i can ask him details.

Thank you for the details and info. I am looking for agricultural land in Kerala, preferably in Palakkad, Wayanad or Idukki area, though I would consider anywhere in Kerala. I am primarily looking for a land that has some crops - rubber or any other crops, mixed crops preferred. Have some plans to conver the land into a multi-crop farm in the future (if its not already one!!)
