Please note that the mats are straight edged, 1 mat for one cow. Its bottom is grooved so water, urine etc will get drained, better grip for the mats to avoid sliding.One mat will weigh around 45 kg, made from rubber.

Buying cow mats doesn't mean that you buy some " soft bedding " for your cow. Remember that you wont buy cow mats every year. It must be reliable, anti skid design on top surface, bottom wide grooved. The difference is in the quality and comfort plus the life of the product.

Rubber Mat gives good comfort to the cows and buffaloes. It enables them to safe guard from lameness and it helps in more the productivity of that animal, from wounds on its knees especially on front legs. When a cow tries to sit or when it tries to get up, the rubber mat provides a firm grip to the hoof of the cow.
We can clean these mats by applying high pressure hose or with Barn scrapers- rubber blade at the bottom fixed with nut and bolt to a curved metallic blade, hot dipped galvanized.
