Need a partner to invest 3.5 lakhs in Organic hill banana and Rabbit farming

I need one investing partner who could contribute rs.2 lakh to float a rabbit farm with 120 rabbits and 1.5 lakhs for organic hill banana,pineapple,beans cultivation.

A partnership company will be floated and accounts will be done in that account.

All are 100% Organic

Hill bananas

We have 1 acre of leased agriculture land in Adalur hills,kodaikanal.
Can grow hill banana,pineapple,beans.

Income:

500 hill banana trees - yield will be 50000 bananas per year. Today's rate per banana is rs.4, very minimum, at local commission market. So, we can get rs.2 lakhs per year.
Pineapple,beans,chow chow will be extra income which we could use for wages,maintainace etc., we could also take part profit from them after all expenses.

You will get rs.100000 per year as net profit.

Note: we can use rabbit waste as fertilizer for free. It is richest than cow or goat wastes.


Rabbit farming

We have already built shed, just need investment to bring rabbits,cage and maintainace. After floating the farm.

Income calculation:

100 female rabbits could yield 600 rabbits per 45 days (very minimum of 6 kids, but it will be10-12). So, per month it will be 400 rabbits, and sale price will be rs.200 per rabbit @ 2kg @ 100 per kg. at minimum.

Per month income will be rs. 80000,. This need 3 labours to maintain @ rs.5000 per month,

So 65000 rs will be net profit. You will get rs.15000 per month from 3rd month.

P.S: Feed cost is free as we are providing local organic feeds

What are the labour miscellaneous floating costs

What abt the labour, trans portation, maintanence costs. What will be the terms and conditions of the agreement

We could use the same 3 labours whom we are going to use for rabbit farm, as just going to maintain 1 acre.
There is no need of transport charges as commission market is 2 minutes of walking distance from farm.
Other maintainace costs will be covered from intercrops like beans,chow chow and pineappale. We could also get some profits from these intercrops after maintainace charges.

My projection is only for Banana and Rabbits.

Pls.ask if you have any other queries.

Terms

A partnership company will be floated, investment partner will get Rs.1 lakh per year from agri and rs.15000 per month (from 3rd month) . A written agreement will be made and investor won't liable for loss and won't get more than the profit calculated. Simply not liable for profit or loss.

What's the Duration?

How long the lease you have and how long the profits be shared (if different than lease duration)?
