As shared earlier, in process to start small diary farm with 5 cows and then gradually increase to 100 in rural kerala, just thinking that instead of selling milk to coop societies why can't convert milk to pure desi ghee which is in fact fetch good value, and have better shelf life too.
one doubt whether HF milk which has low fat would be viable for converting to Ghee.. what is the technology to convert milk to Ghee directly or should it fermantied/or to make butter milk 1st?
inviting inputs valuable inputs whether selling fresh milk or converting to byproducts better and its marketing aspects compare to selling fresh milk...
