Setting up of a TC Lab depends on utilisation of one;s own skills to create requisite product and selling it in the market, if both can be manageable for any one, they can start it. Cost may depends on the selection of place etc,about 4 to5 crore will be the investment to set up the lab. Can approach Bank & Govt departments if he is eligible to avail loan. Subsidy is solicitation to the concerned.

she asked for the LOW cost project. The investment sugested is too high. A simple lab in the bacyard of the house, a glass house and the required air flow system will be sufficient to start with to gain hand on experiance.
