These hi tech Greenhouses help grow Hybreed fruits , Vegetables , flowers and other agricultural products in controlled conditions so that the yield is constant on a yearly basis and the produce are insect free and of high quality.

Development of Pomagranate orchard in 50 acres
Dear Sri Ajit1234
Pomagrate orchard can be developed by developing land and minor irrgation facilities with planatations easily. The National Horticulture Board is encouraging the pomagranate development by sanctioning 20% of project cost as subsidy. For technical details the undersinged will provide you the technical aspects and project preparation for 50 acres for approaching any Bank for getting term loan.
Mean while please contant the Directorate of Horticulture, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra-560003 for getting full information and package of practices for development of pomagranate.
The unit cost for development of one acre of pomagranate will be around Rs.1.75 Lakhs . For 50 acres the unit cost will be Rs. 87.50 Lakhs , You have to keep margin of Rs.21.87 Lakhs , NHB will provide you Rs.17.50 Lakhs as subsidy (Back end) and the rest of Rs.48.13 Lakhs.
You are required to mortgage your land as security to Rs.48.13 Lakhs.
