Need Materials in building catfish and Tilapia fish pond

1. PH- scale
2. Various fish feed that meet all the stages of the fish
3. Certain chemicals that support in the fish farm management like Lime, Chlorine, Ammonia etc.
4. Aeration pumps which is feasible for acre ponds
5. If i could have an access to a fish disease scientist who could provide me some drugs that can meet the various categories of fish disease that begins from Virus to bacterial to protozoa
6. A good thermostat for determine water temperature of ponds regularly

As a company we are managing about 500 fish farmers that are increasing every day and it has become very important to have a reliable contractor to deal with, that could be of benefit to meet our farmers expectation

I would like to know few things regarding fish farming. For building a fish tank what is the (minimum size) L x B x H ?. Do you have a project report for fish farming. I am planning to do in a small investment.

I'm also planning to start a fish farming project near Mirik, where are you based in the hills? and what fish would you be farming?

Fish Farming can also be done in fiberglass containers/ small man made ponds/cemented ponds, it all depends how many fish you want to keep. just make sure you keep the following things in control when you start.

- Water Ph, Ammonia,Nitrite and temp.levels
- Algae formation due to the effect of direct sunlight on pond
- Water should be clean, filtration techniques and equipments
- Dissolved oxygen
- Water Salinity, how it can be used
