Kanakapura side is very expensive

Hi,
I am interested in group buying of land but Kanakapura side is very expensive as far as I have seen.We got to go at least 150 Kms away from Bangalore to get land within 1.5- 2lakhs an acre.
If that is ok with you then count me in.
