farm land / farm house near Bangalore

We are looking at buying a farm land with wooden cottage project near Denkanikotta , TN which is ~60 kms from Silk board. Price quoted is Rs 74/sqft ie around 30L for 1 acre farm land with cottage... One good thing is that it is in a peaceful area near to forest and has electric fence
all around... 20+ sites are there it seems...

Any idea how is this ? we just want a weekend near to Bangalore...where we can do some small farming...

I heard , there is no restriction to buy farm landin Tamil Nadu. Anybody can buy and register farm land there. Hosur in TN is just 50 kms from Bangalore...


Is this a good deal ? Anybody know of better deal / price...

We have 5.50 acres land most suitable for Farm House.Located between Betraya Swamy Temple and Gavi Narasimha swamy temple ,adjacent to the marasandram lake .Just 500 mts. fro Betryaswamy Temple.
Price Rs.17 lakhs per acre.
Land is not developed .Abundant ground water .
very safe and secure witout Elephants menace.

You can get land under 10L an acre in and around Thally/ Javalagiri.

Looking agriculture land around Tally , Dhenkanikottai etc.

Dear all, I am looking agriculture land with some trees like coconut, mango, etcetc. with water, road, electricity. anybody knows about anyland like this please let me know. thanks. renuga Raghavan.
