I am looking to invest in agricultural land some where near Penukonda. Need some suggestion / tips / information regarding, the approximate price per acre, water source etc.

I am open to invest in other parts also as long as its in a radius of 150 km from Bangalore.

Any information / suggestions / tips in this regard are welcome and highly appreciated.
