Preffered area is nilgris, kodaikanal, ooty, and other hill-stations in and around tamilnadhu.

You specify your requirement, the size of the farm land and the distance from the main area because the rate differs for every one kilo mtrs. What type of house new or olden type is enough. Do you have any specific budget, because you can buy for 10 lac or for 1 crore
