It is 22 acres of land, with fencing, drip irrigation system and with suprivisor and servant rooms.

It has 5 bores out of which 4 bores have motors.
Soil is red and very fertile, with plenty of water

Hi ,

I am looking for 2 acres land for lease (initially) for flowers cultivation for 3-5years. Bases on the success of this i will go for more acres in near future.

I am interested in the land. Please let me have all the details - which road is it located on, what is the lease expected and for how long is it available on lease? I need it for a minimum perod of 25 years as I plan to construct green houses on it for commercail cultvation of vegetables and flowers. Please let me have all the details.
