Anybody with little knowledge of electrical can assemble Solar systems at home , only some component you have to purchase.
These components are getting at any big city like Pune & Nagpur.
Here I have given price list of items for solar street light & home light.
The price of solar panel is calculated by wattage , like for 1 watt its price is in between Rs.75 to Rs.80 / watt.
installation of Solar LED Street light & home light.
* Solar Module of 37 Wp - Rs.2960
* Lead Acid Battery of 40 Ah - Rs. 3800
* Solar Charge controller 12 volts / 6 Amp. Rs. 700
* Aluminium Die cast LED fitting 6 watt Rs. 800
* MCPCB for mounting LEDs & reflection Rs.500
* Edison Make LED of 1 watt / 110 Lm- 6 No. -Rs. 540
* LED Driver Rs. 300
* GI pole of 17 feet with fitting for Panel & Battery Box.- Rs. 1300
* Battery Box - Rs. 600
* Concrete foundation Rs. 1000
* Labour Rs. 500

out of this many items we can make ourselves or eliminate as per our requirement.


* Total Cost Is Rs. 12500/-
Reputed company sold it at rate of Rs. 15000/- to Rs. 25000/- So the company profit is vary from 25% to 110 %.

Also for 74wp Module / 75 Ah Tubular Battery & 18 watt fitting its practical cost is Rs. 17000/- per street light.

regarding solar lights

you have given discription of solar lights but with 11000/- how many light can be glown .or please give me much detailed explanation so that i will be very much useful
