Dear Shaji,
What an Idea Sirji?
You can start all of the three if you can.
But all six acres land is not empty I think, normally your land would have already filled with other crops, if yes then, you need to think to provide more land for growing fodder for goat farming.For dairy and rabbit farming is ok.
