Need consultancy to start farming seriously

Hi,
Currently in am working with TCS.I have my farm in Bihar.
I want to seriously get into agriculture.But i don't have much idea how to
go about it.
Like what should i grow?
How to manage work force?
marketing? etc etc....
Need to know about agribusiness
Looking for consultancy in this regard.

Dear Sir,
Agriculture needs personal care as how you taking care of your job at TCS.
However, you can do the same with the help of people of your own only.

Since you have not mentioned the location of your land at Bihar, it may not appropriate to advice for crops now.

Thank you for your response.
I agree that farming need personal care and i am prepared for it.
My farm is located in bhagalpur district.
We mostly grow rice n wheat for now and depend on rain god for water supply.

Dear Saurav,

I saw your posting and some advise and replies.

Are you serious then you should resign from your job to fully hang on to your new project.
Then will it help you to sustain and earn the income required by you? a serious question. You can earn 20 to 30 lakhs profits per year if our ideas are accepted by you.
Out of my experieince I must say you should sit with a senior project consultant at least for an hour to take the decision.Part time agriculture will not work.
If you are in Bangalore or willing to visit Bangalore you can book one hour for counselling service with me.it is difficult to do the job on this forum alone as it is time consuming process.
