I wanna Rent/Lease my 5 Acres of Agriculture Land which is 100K.M from Bangalore and it located near Mulbagal.

Following are currently available in the farm land
1. Very Good Water Resource(Bore well and Well).
2. <200 10+ Years mango trees.
3. Power Facililty + Pump House
4. Fencing is done.
5. Road access.
6. 60 big coocknut trees.
7. Labours available on a daily basis or monthly.

I am interested.what are the conditions.can you give it for 10 yrs.are you interesed for share business .Is it suitable for veg cultivation.give the details,location ,road fcility,nearest city,nearest market.etc.terms and conditions please,
