HI

Less labour intensive during the initial years you can go in for some fruit orchards. What is the type of soil in your land, please take the soil analysis report to the nearest Krishi VIgyan kendra or horticulture department, the horticulture officer will guide you on how to proceed. SInce you say bangalore, you can visit lal bagh and have a discussion with the horticulture officer there.

PaPPaya Plants

Sir, I have 5acra Agriculture Land (black Soil, well drained and 20hours water (bore)). Our main crop is Turmeric, chilly and Banana.

This year I would like to go for Papaya and Curry leaves crops. My Question is!
1) Where should I get Papaya seed or Plants?
2) Where should I get Curry Leaves or Plants?
3) Is there any subsidiary from Government?

Kindly furnish details please.
