Agriculture land of 2.65 acres (106 guntas, 1,15,434 sq ft) available for sale in Raigad district Manarashtra, details provided below. This is a clean re-sale land and no issues of having to deal with farmers.

I am expecting 5 lac per acre, works out to 13.25

- Land would be around 150 kms from Mumbai and at around 10 kms from the Mumbai -Goa highway (NH17)
- Located in village Mahure, Zilla Tala, Raigad
- Beautiful land with natural contoures
- Land has around 150-200 feet of opening on the tar road providing ample acess directly into the plot. Tar road would be around 20-30 feet wide
- Water is available as there are few bore wells already dug in the near by plots
- The top of the land is around 35-50 feet above ground level, thereby giving a great view from top if house were to be built
- Villages Bharpe & Mahure are very close by with inhabitation
