If you consider doing Date Palm, you won't have to incur the cost of a greenhouse. I recommend Sun Agriegenetics in Baroda for the plants.

How about growing Hydroponic strawberries or for that matter any other crop such as color capsicum, Tomatoes, Melons. since you are close to the Delhi market you certainly will enjoy a great deal of exposure.
