3 acres land for sale in somwarpet taluk town near 2.5 km from bus stand, just 1 km from town limit, coorg district. It comes under north coorg. It is situated beside main tar road, very good view, scenic beauty, lots of trees, coffee plantation, pepper plantation. Rs.26 lakhs not negotiable.

I have another property which is 3.5 kms from the bus stand and it is inside main road but tar road beside land. water, power, tar road, near by houses already there. it is just 2 acres coffee estate beside lake. Rs.12 lakhs.
