Dear Sir
Please let us know whether buying agricultural land in Karnataka is all that easy. I have known people buying land in Karnataka but fail to get their RTC due to fact that they are either not farmers or their non agricultural income is more than 2lac per year. This Government rule has been formulated during Devagowda's period and still in force. You cannot expect all those who aspire to buy agricultural land in Karnataka are farmers. Besides, if their non agricultural income is less than 2 lacs per year, they cannot afford to buy also. Only farmers can buy farmers land in Karnataka.
Pleas let me know how you obviate this problem?

150 acres/part of barren land (@ Rs.60, 000/acre) & 8 acres mango plantation (@ Rs. 5 lakh/ acre) is available in Kokan, Maharashtra at Dehen, 28 kms. from Mandangad on Anjarle Rd. Road, water & electricity can be made available. Titles are clear.

Is that u are trying to sell the complete plot at one go or you are ready to sell it in chunks link 15 - 20 acres ,if so would the cost be still the same or vary ,please let me know with further details ,you can reach me or mail me...
