Land price will discrese soon in Kanyakumari district, Thoothukudi District, Thirunelveli District and some part of Virudhunagar district after comissioning Kudamkulam Nuclear Power Project
I am from Kanyakumari District infact very near to koodamkulam.
I don't think the price will come down. The price near koodamkulam power plan went up almost 100% with in past 3 months and it is raising.
Why u think it will be decreased in virudunagar and other places? don't make sense

5Kms surroundings of Kudamkulam are isolated area and no one can buy the isolated area. Kudamkulam Nuclear project is the biggest one in India and its radiation is 1000% highter than other nuclear projcets in India. Its radiation may be spreaded more than 100 kms (arial distance) by air and water.
