we have some acres land.By some otherway we heard the details about some companies give amount to the land owners to cultivate some trees in their land with their own risk.After 4 or 5 years that company collect the yield by cutting the yield items.The only profit is the amount is reached the land owner by advance and they retain their land after 4 r 5 years.

Anybody know that companies ?
