Water Test parameters

Hi,
I had sent water for testing and received following info, how do I interpret this. Is this water suitable for all types of crops or is there any specific factor that is critical and needs to be corrected

Ph - 6.6 EC - 1817mus/cm Calcium - 113 Nitrate - 1 mg/lt
Magnesium - 43 Sodium - 223 Potassium -2.2 Cholrides - 408 mg/lt
Sulphates - 247 Total dissolved solids - 1192 Organic solids - 340 mg/lt
Total hardness - 460 , Sodium adsorption ratio - 4.53
Your feedback will be appreciated , also what range should these be in to be considered good for agriculture

Any inputs on water test parameters would be appreciated. Or could someone guide me to where I can find the relevant information?
