Dear Shashi,

Land upto 50 km from Bangalore would cost you a fortune say 25 lakhs an acre, then at 100 km it will be 2.5 to 4 lakhs an acre.If you are new to agri project you better consult agri project consultants now itself to know how to enter agri field as entreprenuer otherwise wrong decision means huge loss.

Further it is advisable to go atleast 200 km from metros because of non availability of labour people are suffering and agri work is abandoned upto 100 km.

If you are interested in investment in agri field very attractive, safe plans can be given.

Dairy farm requires more detailed analysis due to low profitability.Near Bangalore land value is very high hence not advisable.
