Now you cant expect lands at that price band. Its not fruitful to expect lands at this prices. If you are ready to invest Rs.5 lakhs plus, you can contact us. Dear sir, what u r saying is right, but lands in 100 km radius of hyderabad are cheaper I guess, we can get waste barren lands in hillock areas in the range of 1 to 2 lakh. Pls inform if you have these types of lands in kamareddy, ramayampet, toopran areas,

Hillock area prices are also will not get below 5 lac. per acre for 10 to 15 acres in telangana. Only Inam lands , ceiling lands , dispute lands are also above 3 lacs per acre which you cannot registered on your name . Patta lands you cannot get in the range of 1 to 2 lac per acre. If you want to buy 150 acres the price is 3.5 - 4 lac per acre above 125 kms from hyderabad.
