Hello All,

I am seriously looking to buy 5 to 10 Acres of Agricultural Land in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
Near to Hyderabad, or Mahbubnagar, or Kurnool. ( with radius of 40 to 80kms to these cities)

Preferences:
1. proximity to road from agri land.
2. Assured water resources (Ground water or canal)
3. should be registered land/clear title/No Disputes/No DKT.
4. Power supply
5. Any Village near by with in 1 or 2 kms.

Price Band: Rs.200,000/- to Rs 300,000/- per Acre

if u have any of these, do let know.

Brokers are also welcomed.

Dear Sir,
You will not get fertile land around 2-3 lacs per acre and it is not fruit ful to expect in this price ........prices are 7 lacs to 12 lacs per acre for patta land ......you will not get inam lands, ceiling lands and disputed lands below 3 lacs and you cannot registered on your name also....think positive and day by day prices are going high.Instead of buying 10 acres buy only 5 acres after one year value will go up automatically and you will get good value
