want to start EMU farming

Hi all,
i want to setup EMU farming,but its a grey area for me, so i request you to help me with few details on below questions

1.i want to setup farm in 1 acre land so how many birds/pairs,do i need to buy for better return going on.
2.what is the investment that i need to make

3.does state and/or indian govt give any subsidy or any setup and marketing help?

4.what is the kind of feed that birds feed on,and type of land suitable and does they need plenty of water?

5.i want to setup farm near to hyd(so that marketing/sale of the product is easy...!)
6.how to market to get better profit ,basically want to know about how to sell
7.if i want to buy
a)how much is the each pair cost,can i buy more females and less males if yes in what ratio?
b)how many days i have to feed them so that i can get income out of my investment
c)right now what is the scenario if i want to sell, (that is is it eggs, i have to sell or hatched babies or meat after slaughter and how is the market for each and where in india or broad and whome do i need to sell?)
8.finally when will the yeild start?

50 pairs cane be reared in 1 acre

Rs.30 Lakhs
3.does state and/or indian govt give any subsidy or any setup and marketing help?
NABARD will give Interest free loan of Rs.15 lakhs provided Bank loan of Rs.30 Lakhs are sanctioned.

Birds feed on,and type of land suitable and does they need plenty of water?
Birds feed on Vimal Brand feed available at Vijayawada. 1 kg of feed is required for day. Needs water continously,

5.i want to setup farm near to hyd(so that marketing/sale of the product is easy...!)
At present chicks are purchased by other farmers at Rs.7000 per chick
6.how to market to get better profit ,basically want to know about how to sell
Other farmers will purchase the chicks
7.if i want to buy
a)how much is the each pair cost,can i buy more females and less males if yes in what ratio?
Rs.14000/- for 3 months old chicks
b)how many days i have to feed them so that i can get income out of my investment
21 months

Slaughter house will be started at Nujiveedu then marketing will be easy

8.finally when will the yeild start?
from 24 months on wards 10 -15 eggs will be laid by each female bird
