How to implement vermiculture to convert diary wastes into organic manures.

I am P.Suresh wish to implemnt vermiculture in my land to convert diary waste into good manures for my land. Please suggest me in this regard.

Dear Sir

easiest method is to take bricks or make simple rectangular shape structure open from top upto 60cm height, imts width and 3-4mts length. kepp the base free from dirt etc. clean it. then put one layer of soil, hays etc. then put the cowdung onto it. ull have to arrange for earthworms firsts. then put whatever organic wastes in it cover it with gunny bage keep the palce moist after putting earthworms upto 200 in each rectangle. then cover it and daily moisten it.
