Urgent:WANTED:On NH7- Near Somandeppali ,Chilamathur-5to10acres - 4.5to5 lacks/acre

Dear All,

I am looking for Land near Chilamathur / Bagapalli/ Somandeppali beside NH7. looking for 10 acres with the price of 4.5-5 Lacks/ acre. If less price or good deal than i can purchage more acres also.

Water & clear documents should be needed.

Brokers/Mediators are entertained with some conditions.

let me know its suit for Resturant / petrol fillıng buisness.

Oh..Thanks for quick response Epparla. May be you are right..I am not asking a core(center) area of Bagepalli. After Chilamathur,I saw some lands are coming 4-4.5lacks/acre in this Blog only. I am looking for that.Anyway thanks.

Some people are selling kharab lands for 5 lacks.

I have 11 acres patta land near kodikonda checkpost (1100 feet road width) on NH7. Please let me know if you are interested?

Sir land is available but rate is around 10 lakh per acre with us one is 5 acre another is 6.5 acre
6.5 is in somandepalli rate is about 9lakh front is about 500 feet
5 acre is in kodoru rate is 11 lakh
