We have a tobacco plantation and Marketing in our local area government market. Is there any restriction to sale tobacco either than government markets.
The food safety department has recommended a ban on the manufacture, sale and storage of tobbaco products not tobbaco raw,under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulation issued on August 1, 2011.
