Hello,
i want to set up a small unit or lab of tissue culture. please suggest how much investment is required at the minimum cost and what are the machinery required

Here is a brief note on setting uAny laboratory, in which tissue culture techniques are performed, regardless of the
specific purpose, must contain a number of basic facilities. These usually include the
following:

• A general washing area
• A media preparation, sterilization, and storage area
• An aseptic transfer area
• Environmentally controlled incubators or culture rooms
• An observation/data collection area.

Hello madam i will send answer for TISSUE CULTURE LAB
LABORATORES ARE Working space to carried out routine laboratory work and service lines . It requires skilled labours to carry out media preparation and inoculation operation. One general room with personal computer Attached with locker for keeping apron and other material of labours in it.Layout of Plant tissue culture as per work done in manner… Washing room, Sterilization room, Media preparation room, Inoculation room, Incubation room.

Tissue culture is commonly called cloning and micropropagation.
