i have 8 acres of land with ok water facility, which tree should i opt between casaurina and eucalyptus

i am looking for low maintainance trees as i will be in abroad and no one is in india to take care of the trees

please suggest

land is in kadapa district of andhra pradesh

You can go in for CAsurina. Less maintainence required.
