Sub : Electricity charges in agriculture for income tax payers

Hi All,

This is in regards with electricity charges in telangana i am being told by the officers here that if i am a income tax payer i will not be eligible for electricity subsidy for agriculture i wanted to check if that is the case can some one please send me any details of the same
