stem borer on cane

Resp sir/madam,

my rooten cane (khodava) is 2 month old, yesterday i was observ, a stem borer pest in my farm which affect on aproximetly 10 % area...!!!

What care i should take now ?

What care i should take now ?

Take a container, 10 liter Local Cow Urine in it.
Then add 1 Kg Tobacco by crushing it in the Urine.
Crush 500 gram of Green Chili & add it in Urine.
Add 5 Kg Neem leaves pulp. Then boil this solution well 5 times continuously.

Let this solution to ferment for 24 Hrs Filter this by cloth,Spray this medicine Agniastra on the pest like Leaf Roller, Stem Borer, Fruit borer, Pod borer.

use the chlopyriphos per liter 3 ml with water and spray to cane up to dropping from leaf
