State of Ghee Quality in the Market?

Hi,

I would like to know the quality of the ghee that is available in the market, is the ghee being sold in the market by big companies like nesle, milk food, amul, mother dairy, Doaba, Gopalji etc. etc. is actually pure or they are adultrated or not the actual desi ghee because of the process being used??

Some of them have smell, some of them have no smell, some of them are like dalda...pls help.

Hello Sir
If the company is reputed since long many years they always sell pure ghee. dont ever buy from local companies if u dont know its background.These days everywhere there is adulteration so v should be well alert.
best and easy method to make ghee is to buy plain bhtter from the place u purchase milk and heat it on medium flame. for best results add methi+clove+black pepper + 3 betel leaves + 1 teaspoonful turmeric powder to it and boil in the melting butter then sieve in a clean dry bottle and store it.
believe me its the easyiest and cheapest way to make pure ghee.
