A School (Trust) is interested in purchasing agricultural plot in Raighad district of Maharashtra. The 50 Acres is currently owned by single person. The school is interested in purchasing around 4 acres so as to give their children wholesome education away the city. Since the school does not have resources to purchase entire land it wants like minded parents to come together and build a community there for organic / natural farming.
Does the law allow to purchase and split the land to different owners ?
