Our Products Details
(a). Customized Vermibeds - These Vermibeds are made up of 7 layered high density poly ethene materials which are generally in the size of 12ft X 4ft X 2 Ft. The loading capacity of each tank is 1 Tonne and production yields around 600-800 kgs of high quality Vermicompost in a span of just 2 to 3 months. The sizes of the beds can be customized as per the client’s requirement also. These beds are easy to install and easily movable.
(b). Vermicompost & Earthworms.- Vermicompost*is a product made by composting process,*utilizing various species of worm’s usually*African night crawlers & red wigglers to create a*heterogeneous*mixture of any decomposable waste with cow dung. The Vermicompost and vermiwash are the end-products through breakdown of*organic matter*by a*species*of*earthworms. Vermicompost is an excellent nutrient-rich*organic fertilizer*and soil conditioner (PH Balancer), containing microbes. The process of producing vermicompost is called*VERMICOMPOSTING. The earthworm species most often used are Eudrilus Eugeniae (commonly known as African night crawlers) and Eisenia foetida (which are known as Red Wigglers). Vermicompost is the best compost which is rich in macro & micro*nutrients*compared to other*forms of compost having microbial lives which converts the nutrients already present in the soil and improve plant intake levels.
(c). Tissue Culture (Banana, Ginger, Chrysanthemum). - The propagation of a plant by using a plant stem part or single cell or group cells in a test tube with proper controlled and hygienic conditions is called "Tissue Culture". “Tissue culture” means cloning and micro-propagation of tissues of the selected Elite plants and suckers. The process consists with five important steps: Initiation, Multiplication, Shooting & rooting, Primary Hardening in green houses and Secondary Hardening in shade houses. Strict adherence to aseptic standards and micro-climatic conditions and care during the hardening process alone can ensure success.
In other words, Tissue Culture is culturing of any part of the plant in a specially defined growth media under aseptic laboratory condition in Petri dishes, test tubes or in any other suitable glass containers. The plant nutrient media consists of macro and micro salts, vitamins and desired levels of plant growth hormones. Banana plants produced from Tissue Culture are free from diseases at the time of supply and they give high yields since they are made of selected high yielding mother plants. If proper care is taken, as per instructions, they grow into strong healthy plants and give high yields of good quality fruits. Since they are produced under controlled laboratory conditions using selected nutrients, they usually give yields one or two month earlier than conventionally propagated plants with uniform growth.
(d). Organic Banana & plantain Leaves. - We can supply you delicious farm fresh organic Banana's of G9, Yelakki and Vegetable variety. The Banana plantain leaves are also available for different occasions & parties on bulk as well as retail.
(e). Neem Cake or Neem Oil Cake. - Organic neem oil cake is prepared by mixing neem with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other micro nutrients that are necessary for increasing the fertility of the soil. The Nature Neem Cake is used as good organic manure in agriculture and also acts as pest repellent . The high Azadirachtin content in Nature Neem cake helps in protecting the crops against parasitic nematodes and as best soil conditioner. Backed by a skilled and talented team of professionals, we are into offering premium quality Neem Oil Cake which is processed under safe and hygienic conditions.
(f). Neem powder (with 6% - 8% Oil). - Being a well known organization, we are involved in offering an exquisite Neem Oil Cake Powder to meet the demands of our customers. This Neem Oil Cake Powder is manufactured using top grade base material and is widely used in agricultural areas.
(g). Neem powder (De-oiled with less than 2% Oil). - Neem Oil is obtained through the process of cold pressing of Neem kernels and fruits. While processing, we make use of advanced technology and high grade ingredients which helps in control of various insects and pests. It consists of 800 - 1000 ppm of Azadirachtin and other essential components of neem. This Neem oil is used for a wide range of applications like soap manufacturing, medicines, cosmetics, lubricants, veterinary products and also as a foliar fungicide.
(h). Panchagavya (Organic Fertilizers) - The concept of organic farming is to demonstrate the effectiveness of low cost [organic manure versus chemical fertilizer] agriculture - thereby increasing the net earnings from successive crops and of course the tremendous nutritional and health benefits accruing from this form of farming.We produce Panchagavya which can be used as a fertilizer and also as pesticides for various plants. Panchagavya, an organic product has the potential to play the role of promoting growth and providing immunity in plant system. Panchagavya consists of nine products viz. cow dung, cow urine, milk, curd, jaggery, ghee, banana, Tender coconut and water. When suitably mixed and used, these have miraculous effects.The process time for making this Panchagavya is around 60 - 70 days. We produce this according to the prescribed process of the Tamilnadu Agricultural University. The total cost per acre works out to Rs.1800/- approximately when we use Panchagavya, whereas in case of Chemical fertilizer and pesticides, the cost will be around Rs.4500 -5000 per acre.
One litre can be mixed with 40 litres of water and it can be sprayed on the crops.
(i). Agnihastra (Organic pesticide) - We are having an organic pesticides, prepared with Ghomutra of Desi Cows, Neem leafs, Garlic, Green Chilly, Ginger and other natural herbs. The process time for preparation is 21 days. It removes all pests & insects, improving the richness of the soil & greenery of plants. It can be used for vegetables, fruits, flowers and other agricultural crops.
One litre can be mixed with 40 litres of water and it can be sprayed on the crops. It has to sprayed either in early morning hours or evening hours. This pesticides is prepared only out of Indian breed of cows.
(j). Ganajeevamurutha (Organic Manure) - This is produced from Cow Dung, Cow Urine, Jagerry and pulses. The number of days for preparing the same is 7 days. This is organic manure which enriches the soil and plant and provides all the nutrients required for the growth of the plant. This has to be applied in wet soil. It comes in powder form and it has to be scatted on the soil and approximately 40 to 50 kgs is required for one acre of land.Ganajeevamurutha is an organic input for the agriculture. This is used instead of DAP and Urea which are chemical input. The nitrogen requirement of the soil will be enriched. Ganajeevamurutha mixed with micro organisms, when it is applied in soil, slowly dissolves in soil and releases micro organisms. There are few elements contained in the soil which are not in the form the roots can directly absorb, these organisms convert the elements in the form which roots can absorb directly.
(k). Wheel Hoes. - A wheel hoe is ideal for cultivating close to delicate plant rows and working around shrubs, fruit trees, and pathways. Its also known as a push plow or garden cultivator. The wheel hoe has been used for so many generations for one reason: it works great! When your garden is too big for hand hoeing and too small for a tractor, the Hoes wheel cultivator is the tool to use. It is the easiest way of manually cultivating, weeding, seeding long rows of garden plants, make furrows and loosen compacted soil.
