I am residing in state of Maharashtra.Till 18 years old i.e. on 11-08-1973 I was holding farm land in my name. Afterwards it was given to Kul under Kul kayada. I have "Ferfar"" papers showing transfer of ownership" from transferring farm land from my uncle's name to my name signed and stamped by Talathi.

Now I am retired from services and wish to buy agricultural land for subsistence. The registerar ask for "Shetkari Dhakhala" Certificate showing shetkari status" Shall I get Shetkari certificate on the basis of the above mentioned "ferfar" and who will issue the said certificate

Yes you can get a 'Shetkari dakhala' by producing the ferfaar or the old 7x12 extract showing your or your father or grand father's ownership of land any where in Maharashtra.
