Regarding borewell pump and generator

Hello,
I have water in my land at 110ft on 3" bore.

Appreciate if someone could guide on following:
1) What is the motor size I should use for this? I intend to drip irrigate 12 acres from this borewell and land is plain.

2) I also want to buy a diesel back-up generator. What would be a good rating for that? 16kW?

you should use 3-5 bhp motor and gen set for this motor is 5kw but buy of kirloskar or other reputed company
