Steps to make amla powder
Cut amlas and deseed.
Dry them properly but in shade not in direct sunlight .
When completly dry u can grind them in mixer or take them chakki to get it grinded they have seperate machine to grind the masalas & stuff.
so either u can grind at home or in chakki.
grinding at home takes a lot bcoz dried amlas r very hard to grind so better take care.
amla intake & amla usage will help u a lot to improve ur health & ur looks bcoz amla has lot of vitamin c.

Amla should be subjected to steam, then de seeding will be easy. To get good white colour pulp, steaming is done using milk. After de seeding the pulp should be dried well in sunlight and should be powdered using stainless pulveriser. De seeding should also be done using ss knives or machinary. Amla will become black when get contact with iron knife or crushers.powder mesh size should be less than 40. Based on the buyers requirement it can be done.
