Hi

I am Yusuke from Japan.
My major is Agricultural economics and I want to research Indian agriculture.
But I supposed it is difficult to interview because many farmers cannot speak English.

However, I am surprised with finding website, in which they are discussing agriculture in English.

Who are you?
You are some owners?
Who can speak English? and who cannot speak?

I would like to make it clear.
It would be nice to help me.

I'm looking for some comments.

Regards,
Yusuke

Hi

I am yusuke.
Thank you for comments.
I want to concentrate on farming, especially chicken or buffalo.
But rice is also interesting.

I have another questions.
I guess many users here have another jobs like banker or engineer.
Even though you have another job,
How did you get farm?
Why do you have farm?
When do you cultivate though you are working for another job?

I'm looking for any reply.

Thanks,
Yusuke

Dear Sir

In this modern era its not that farming is done only by less educated people with little or no english. Infact Farming has been a succesful venture coz of education and and different techniques. In India there are many people known as farmers but in root they are graduates or masters or even doctors in agriculture and in this disscussion forum we take an opportunity to share and solve each others farming queries.

stevia cultivation and refining

Dear Sir,
In India good awareness has come in the last 5 years. It would be excellent to start stevia cultivation and refining. It would be of good interest to do research in India using stevia mix in fodder and also organic manure to get awy from chemical manures and pesticides. I think you can contribute in this area. Thanks.

Hello Mr.yasuke.
language has never been a barrier for learning. If U are realy interested in undertaking studies there are umpteen number of organizations/institutions to render all possible help and guidance. First of all you spell out properly weather you want take up study as a student or a free lancer. If want to study as student then please register yourself in any of the agriculture universities in India and conduct studies systamatically. or if you just want to conduct some survey to understand the basics of the subject that you are interested you can opt for some NGOs locsated in India and through them do your studies. It is not simply possible for anybody to tell u specifically untill U specify your requirements.

I appreciate all of your comments.
It is helpful for me.

I am Japanese student and need to write paper for graduation.
To be honest, I did not decide on which subject to concentrate yet. But, I finally dicide to concentrate on Dairy and stockbreeding.
First of all, I am now creating questionnaire for Dairy farmer.
And I will look for dairy farmer who can answer my questionnaire and allow me to take interview.

Thanks,
Yusuke
