Plantation

Hi all,
Can somebody give me informations about plantation of teak/eucalyptus/poplar etc? I have a surplus land of 30 acres for the same. I want to know the followings:-
1. Is the climate in Badaun Distt suitable for any of these plantation/any other suggested plantation? Please remember, I want to depend on minimum labors, due to scaricity of farming labors in market. I think it is well known fact to everyone.

2. The soil is sandy and any type of crop (wheat, rice, sugercane, mustered, pulses etc) can be grown in that soil. Will it be suitable for those plantation?

3.How many plants/acre can be planted. How many years are required for harvest?

4. What is the cost of the different sapplings?

5. What are the other crop which can be growth with those plantations?

6. How much i have to invest and what return I can expect ?

Plantaion

among the species u listed poplar can be good choice for climatic conditions of Badaun. Also, several aromatic and medicinal crops can be inter cropped which will atleast meed the expenses that will be incurred on the maintenance of poplar.
