Oyster mushroom is having very low keeping quality there fore Hotelers and ratailers hesitate to buy so u can start marketing in local areas some value additon like drying,powder can be done u can evalue some marketing technique here in bangalore some growers sell this mushroom in appartments delivering ar there doors such ideas can be explored.
