According to Indian Forest Act every citizen of India could avail upto 100Saplings per person ranging 3-5Feet from any Forest Dept Nursery in his/her City or State.
The saplings of Neem,palms, Jamun, Gulmohar, Kanner, Peepal, Alstonia, Kachnar, Arjun,desi gulabh, Bombax, Papri, Philkan, Jungle Jalebi, Kachnar,Mango,Gauva etc etc., are available at the above nurseries. The department monitors the survival of plantation from the above distributed saplings from the beneficiaries.

You need to Fill a Form before availing free saplings
Note-Ensure you go to ONLY Forest Dept Nursery No oher dept gives free saplings!!

I don't think for 5Acres land they would give soo many saplings in its Total commercial!!
First find out where is Forest Dept Nursery of Central or State Govt is located in Bangalore.Secondly NOT every nursery have all plants checkout what plants they have stocked.In Delhi we have 15 Forest Dept Nurserys so we could go every nursery to collect plants we go group to avail many plants otherwise even they would sell you at Pity price you just need to do some settings with concerned officer posted there.
