Hi All,
This is my first posting of a thread. Actually I would like to say hello to all of you who are connected to this website.
I have a question. I met one of my friend from USA. He was saying that there is a huge demand for organic foods in INDIA. There are many schemes in INDIA sponsored by central govt to cultivate these kind of farming. I would like to know what are the schemes that are offered by Govt and are there any tenders in order to get those.

Dear Mr. Abhilash, ur interest in organic farming is appreciatable. It seems that you are more interested in schemes than the real project. Govt schmes are only to give moral support. They wont help you in whole to launch and operate. So, first do some good home work on all aspects. Hi Abhilash,
Yeah. There is much scope for organic farming products all over the world. As said by the consultant, rather than concentrating on the schemes, You learn the organic farming first. You have to learn a lot from organic farming technics and identify the crops which you plan to plant. If you hav land already, then fine. Else, buy some land after analysis the water, soil position in the area. Attend organic farming training and practice farming in small level. Then you plan accordingly.

Also, There are difference bet organic and natural farming. Natural Farming is best. Get some info on them and start doing farming.
